DreamFish is a mobile application that provides tournament management for fishing competitions, catch submission and verification systems, team organization tools, payment processing, and leaderboards.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Follow all tournament rules and guidelines
• Submit genuine, unaltered catch photos
• Respect other users and maintain fair play
• Keep your account credentials secure

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent catch submissions or photo manipulation
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
• Violating any applicable laws

Payments and Refunds

• Tournament registration requires a 10% deposit paid through our secure payment system
• The remaining 90% of the entry fee is collected at the tournament event
• All payments are non-refundable
• If you cannot attend a tournament after registering, you must contact our support team
• Tournament fees are processed securely through Stripe payment systems
• Payment disputes should be directed to our support team
• We are not liable for tournament-specific payment issues beyond our control

Tournament Cancellation Policy

• If you cannot attend a tournament after registration, contact support immediately
• Tournament organizers may accommodate transfers to future events at their discretion
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
